Terms of Use

Plain-language terms: this site is educational, availability results are not guarantees, and the provider always has the final word.

Last updated .

By using SignalSolved (signalsolved.com), you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and written to be read. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

SignalSolved publishes educational information about internet service availability, infrastructure coverage, and connectivity in the United States — explainers, comparisons, lookup tools, and guides. Every data claim aims to carry a source, a date, and honest caveats (see our methodology and sources).

2. No guarantees — verify with the provider

Coverage and availability change constantly and can differ between neighboring addresses. Provider-reported data is known to overstate availability at the edges, and “available” does not always mean orderable. Results and statements on this site are informational only, not guarantees of service, speed, pricing, or availability. Always verify directly with the provider before ordering, signing a lease, or buying a home based on connectivity.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, insurance, energy, or credit advice. Content that touches those areas is educational and general; for decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and don’t break it: no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, and no use of the site to mislead others (for example, presenting our exploratory area-level results as address-level guarantees).

5. Intellectual property

Our original text, structure, tools, and analysis are © SignalSolved. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. The underlying U.S. federal government datasets we reference (for example, FCC Broadband Data Collection data) are public domain — our summaries and presentation of them are not. Systematic republication or bulk extraction of our content requires permission.

6. Third-party links and future advertising

We link to third-party sites (providers, government sources, tools). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. The site currently carries no affiliate or sponsored links; if that changes, such links will be clearly labeled where they appear, and commercial relationships will never change our rankings or results (see methodology).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We work hard on accuracy — it is the product — but data sources lag reality, and we say so openly rather than pretending otherwise.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalSolved and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including decisions made about internet service, housing, or anything else. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it (though we’d rather you report what’s wrong so we can fix it).

9. Corrections and changes

We fix confirmed errors transparently under our corrections policy. We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
