What we do
SignalSolved is a practical, mobile-first portal for checking service availability and infrastructure coverage across the United States: home internet (fiber, cable, DSL, fixed wireless, 5G home, satellite), cell and 5G coverage, which network each MVNO uses, and related utilities. Our goal is simple — help you get a clear, trustworthy answer in seconds, and tell you exactly how to verify it before you commit.
Why trust us
Trust is the product. Three principles guide everything we publish:
- Every claim is sourced and dated. We tag each source by reliability tier and show its “as-of” date, so you can judge it yourself. See our sources.
- Honest precision. We never present a result more precise than the data supports. A ZIP-level dataset never becomes an address-level promise. Every availability result carries a confidence level. See our methodology.
- Independence. Rankings and availability results are independent of any commercial relationship. Affiliate or sponsored links — if present — are clearly labeled and never change what we tell you is true.
What we are not
We provide education, not regulated advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, insurance, energy, or credit advice. We also don’t guarantee service: coverage and availability change and can differ between neighboring addresses, so we always point you to verify directly with the provider before ordering.
How we handle your address
We’re privacy-conscious by default. Our checkers work at the ZIP/area level from static data; we don’t require your full address, and we don’t sell personal information. Address-level precision, if we ever add it, will be opt-in, consented, and clearly explained.
Editorial standards & corrections
Our content follows a documented editorial policy: facts are verified against authoritative sources, modeled data (like mobile coverage) is labeled and caveated, and “best”/ranking claims follow a published methodology. No source is perfect and data changes — when we get something wrong, we fix it transparently. If you spot an error, please report a correction.
Coverage area
SignalSolved covers the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., in American English. U.S. territories are out of scope for now and would only be added with validated data and clear labeling.
