Corrections & Error Reports
Availability data changes and no source is perfect. When we're wrong, we fix it — transparently.

Report an error
Found something inaccurate or out of date — a wrong availability claim, an MVNO on the wrong network, a stale figure, or a broken link? Please tell us. Include, where you can:
- The page URL.
- The specific claim you’re flagging.
- What you believe is correct.
- A source, if you have one.
How we handle reports
- Acknowledge the report.
- Verify against authoritative sources, dated.
- Act: correct confirmed errors and note material corrections; if we can’t confirm, we lower confidence or switch to “check with provider”; if it’s a data limitation, we improve the caveats and clarity.
- Close the loop with you where possible.
Transparency
Material corrections — those that change a factual claim or result — are noted with a date so the record stays honest. Minor fixes (typos, link rot) simply update the page’s freshness. If one source is repeatedly wrong, we re-evaluate its reliability tier, add caveats, or stop using it.
Our limit
We can’t guarantee real-time accuracy. Coverage and availability change, so you should always verify with the provider before ordering. That’s part of our standing data-accuracy disclaimer.
